On August 20, a delegation headed by Mr.Zhu Zhihong, Deputy Director of Gulou District Nanjing City visited Finland.During the visit, a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Vantaa,Finland and the Government of Gulou District,Nanjing,China was signed.
