The 12th China International Fair for Investment & Trade (CIFIT) will be held on Sept. 8-11th, 2008, in Xiamen China. Approved by the State Council of the People’s Republic of China, hosted by the Department of Commerce, CIFIT enjoys one of the world’s largest international investment promotion activities, and the only investment exhibition certified through UFI. Being the largest investment promotion platform around the world, CIFIT attracts tens of thousands of overseas customers from over 100 countries and.areas each year.
The highlight of the 12th CIFIT is the trade and cooperation of property rights. CIFIT will host the 2008 China Property-rights Exchange Fair & China Property-rights Market Development Forum (CPEF), co-sponsored with SINA Property Rights Trade Channel (http://chanquan.sina.net) and the SINA Invest Channel in China (http://gov.sina.net)
The basic goal of the 2008 CPEF is to promote the property rights trade, to optimize the allocation of resources, to guide the rational investment, and to promote the sunshine transaction. Under the operation of specialization, internationalization, marketization and informationization, the CPEF will build the transaction and cooperation service platform for the global capital, projects and the intermediary services. It is a pageant for property rights trade & developing enterprises financing services.
The 2008 CPEF includes exhibitions, theme forums, and project-docking meetings. It will hold the 2008 China Property Rights Forum in Marketing Development and the Global PE Investment Trip in China & Fujian Enterprise Investment and Financing Project Forum. The 2008 CPEF is expected to attract more than 300 investment institutions (representing a total investment of over 100 billion US dollars), over 400 Chinese property rights trade institutions and services, over 350 enterprises planning to be listed, 5000 financing projects, and 3000 participants and experts.
