Dear Finnish businessmen and customers,
Welcome to Global Think-tank Summit！
The summit is organized by China Center for International Economic Exchanges (CCIEE), founded on 20th March, 2009. Following the personal guidance of Premier Wen Jiabao, CCIEE set to establish itself as China’s top think tank aiming to address ongoing financial crisis issues affecting the Chinese and global economy. Mr. Zeng Peiyan, former Vice Premier of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China, has been appointed as the Chairman of CCIEE.
The summit will explore the roles of governments, think-tanks, international organizations and transnational corporations in forming alliances to cope with the ongoing world financial crisis and economic downturn. Nobel Prize Laureates, distinct scholars, former heads of states, leaders from the world’s leading think tanks, and Fortune 500 Company CEOs will be invited to discuss ways of ending the financial turmoil and promoting China's sustainable economic growth. The summit consists of an opening ceremony and a main forum for general discussion on the first day and of a closing ceremony and five parallel sub-forums dealing with specific topics on the second day. China’s Top leaders have been scheduled to attend this event to deliver speeches. In the meantime, relevant Ministers and Vice-Ministers will be attending specific forums to have an open discussion with senior representatives.
