A Chinese delegation from Heilongjiang branch of China Development Bank visited Finland on 28-29 May and signed a cooperative agreement with Vantaa city. Chinese Ambassador to Finland Madam Ma Keqing witnessed the ceremony. According to the agreement, the two parties will strengthen information exchange and mutual contacts to facilitate two-way investments and economic and technical cooperation. During their visit, the delegation also talked about potential projects with Vantaa municipal government and tentative cooperation plan with Tampere municipal government.
